🥩 🍗 Cats and Dogs Need MEAT

Being Vegetarian or Vegan is a Valid Choice – For HUMANS not Cats and Dogs

Apparently dogs can eat plant based proteins since they are Order Carnivora, but they still should not have a 100% vegan or vegetarian diet.

SO I am mostly talking to my fellow cat lovers here. Cat are unable to extract needed nutrients from plant proteins; cats are Obligate Carnivores who eat only meat.

If you have pets, be sure to feed them a species-correct diet. Cats can no better utilize vegetables then rabbits can a steak!

Brunch

1 Baked apple with cinnamon (cooked it in the microwave)

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/3 cup Kind Peanut Butter Granola

Black Coffee

 Snack

1 cup Oikos Triple Zero Cherry Greek Yogurt

1 oz pretzel sticks (about 25 pieces)

Dinner – planned – large salad with the remaining Orange Chick’n

Chinese Chicken Salad (this will be one of my go-to meals!)

Salad with romaine, shredded broccoli, shredded carrots

2 T chick peas

9 pieces orange chick’n

1/2 cup mandarine oranges

8 sliced grapes

1 T cashews – crushed

1 T Marie’s Ranch Dressing

Unsweet Tea

 Snack

NONE – for the first time in ages, I was not hungry before bedtime!
