๐ค Ready in under 30 minutes! ๐
I am a natural cook. My mom is also a natural cook, so I learned from her plus inherited the skills to cook on the fly. Today after work I decided I was in the mood for some Cincinatti Style Chili! So I threw some together and was eating in under 30 minutes!
My quickie recipe, if you can call it that:
1 can chili beans in mild sauce
1 can tri-color beans
1 can tomato paste (I accidentally got some with pesto in it, but it was good!)
1 small can green chilis
Chili powder to taste, 1 used 1 T
You can add other spices as desired. I also added 1 tsp cinnamon
Add water to desired thickness, I added one tomato paste can of water
Let Simmer until you’re ready to eat.
Serving suggestion: serve over 1 cup spaghetti, top with cheese and sour cream.
Delish!
