😭 When You Don’t Lose That Week

No gain, no loss. The scale was good to me after my pizza cheat, but mostly because I got right back on plan…

There are often other changes taking place in your body when you’re eating better, ones that don’t reflect on the scale. For example, the grey shirt I am wearing today? I have not worn it in at  least 10 years. Even last week it was still a smidge too tight. But today it fits, even though the scale did not move…

So don’t just go by the scale

Also take into account how your clothes fit, and how you’re feeling, too. Those indicators are often a more accurate reflection of what’s going on…

Tomorrow, I’ll talk about what to do when you’re “stuck” and the scale isn’t moving and the clothes still fit the same…
