1/3 banana

1/2 cup mixed berries

1 pineapple spear

black coffee

Snack

Power Crunch Bar – strawberry

Dinner – large salad with Gardein Chick’n

Gardein Mandarin Chick’n

1/4 cup chick peas

1 cup romaine

1/2 cup shredded carrots and broccoli

1/2 cup angel hair cabbage

1/3 sliced cucumber

4 cherry tomatoes

1 T Marie’s

12 whole lightly salted cashews

2 T crunchy chow mein noodles

Snack

1 gala apple
