My NO Eating Out Challenge

I am firmly in the 170’s now (178.6 today!!), so I have set up a challenge for myself: NO eating out until I am in the 160’s!

Once I hit the 160’s, I will allow myself a day to eat anything I want, then back on it for the big PUSH to my initial goal weight of 155! Then I will see how I feel. I weighed 143 when I was in Party Off the Pounds, but I still felt I wanted to lose 5 to 10 more. However, I was also 20 years younger then, too!

Brunch

1 Kodiak Banana Pancake (home made)

1 T apple butter

1 Chobani mixed berry no sugar greek yogurt

1 T sliced almonds

1/3 banana

1/2 cup mixed berries

black coffee

Snack

None

Dinner

2 slices frozen pepperoni pizza (I added the pepperoni)

1 Sprite Zero

Snack

None
