The Day Before the Scale

So last night I had a lighter dinner planned, but I had a lot of calories still left to eat. I decided to have the last 2 slices of frozen pizza I had in the freezer since I had been wanting pizza for a few days. It was cheese pizza but I added my own Margarita pepperoni to it, which also finished off my pepperoni. I was very good and I was happy with it, with no food cravings that I sometimes get with higher fat foods.

Tomorrow is weight in day, so today is going to be on program!

Brunch

1 Kodiak Banana Pancake (home made)

1 T apple butter

1/2 cup Breakstone cottage cheese

1 T sliced almonds

1/4 banana

1/2 cup mixed berries

1/4 cup pineapple

black coffee

Snack

Kodiak Cookie Butter Granola

Dinner

2 eggs over medium

1 cup Broccoli and Cauliflower with 2 T melted cheese

1 mini bagel

1 tsp butter

1 grapefruit

Snack

Kodiak Cookie Butter Granola Bar
