Weigh In #12

Weigh in #12 wasn’t as good as I’d hoped, mostly because I have not had a BM in a couple of days. That is SO unlike me! Bearing that in mind, it wasn’t TOO bad, but I know I weigh less than this.

I noticed I haven’t been eating as much fiber lately, so today I am having Total cereal for breakfast in the hope that my body will kick-start and process as it should be. My weight is the same as it was LAST weigh in:

Highest Weight: 205 (just before I got Covid in November)

Weigh in #1 on 01/06/24: 191

Weigh in #12 on 03/23/24: 179.6

TOTAL LOSS TO DATE: 25.4

I’m still proud of what I’ve lost so far, but let’s get back to losing!

Brunch

1 cup Total cereal

1 T sliced almonds

1/4 banana

1/2 cup mixed berries

black coffee

Snack

None

Dinner

I almost caved in and ordered mexican from my FAV place – Taquerita El Manhattan. Instead I made myself some delicious soft tacos at home.

2 low carb tortillas

5 oz ground beef

1/4 cup shredded cheese

lettuce, tomato, shredded broccoli, angel hair cabbage

1 T taco sauce

2 T sour cream

Sprite zero

Snack

Protein Power Bar – peanut chocolate caramel
