I felt thinner, so I weighed in…

180.6 today!! With 4 days to go until official weigh in day on Saturday, my goal this week is to break into the 170’s!

Think I can do it?? I think I can, I think I can… We can do this together!

1 cup Total cereal – I am addicted!

1 T sliced almonds

1/2 cup fairlife milk

1/3 banana

2 small strawberries

14 blueberries

black coffee

Snack

Dinner – tacos

3 oz ground beef cooked with jalapenos

2 Labanderita Carb Control Tortillas

1/4 cup shredded cheese

topped with lettuce and tomato

1 T Ortega Mild taco sauce
