Back to the Gym!

and I ALMOST wiped out!

I was happy to get back into the gym today, believe it or not! I could tell I had taken too much time away and my cardio warm up on the treadmill had to be done at a much slower speed today.

ALSO – as I was going the training with Eric, circuit training was today, I almost fell over doing the second set of Kettlebell Swings! We went heavier on the second set. Well, my right leg (my side with the weak hip) gave out at the end of the set, and I headed toward the floor but landed on my knee instead of my head thankfully!!

Eric looked panicked as he tried to prevent my head from hitting the floor, but all was well and I completed the workout just fine. Eric said today was the hardest of the workouts. Don’t tell him, but I think it was the easiest!

Breakfast: Pre-Workout

I was going to cook up a veggie scramble, but I got so tired that I made a bowl of fruit and cottage cheese, then took a nap before our cat behavior clients today. I didn’t even made coffee today, which is very odd for me.
