Results from Off-Plan Dinner and re-thinking the Gym

No Damage Done

I got on the scale this morning to see what yesterday’s dinner cost me. The price was – NOTHING! The scale said 179.2 this morning, yahoo!

What this shows me, and you, is that you can still eat what you want on occassion within portions. I have had quite a few “off” meals during my 25+ pound weight loss, but since on the whole I eat the right portions and the right things, a ding here ot there doesn’t derail the effort.

My Back and Hips – Personal Training re-think

No gym today. I honestly just don’t enjoy it. PLUS my back finally stopped hurting and my hips went from barking to whimpering. So honestly, I think the training at the gym is not the right place for me right now. Weather is getting nicer so I am hoping to start aerobic walking again, until it gets too hot and then we’ll revisit the gym for cardio. But I think the workouts with Eric are too much for my hips and back to take.

Brunch

1 cup Total cereal

1 T sliced almonds

1/3 banana

1/2 cup mixed berries

1/2 cup Fairlife Milk

black coffee

Snack

None

Dinner – planned

4 oz pot roast

2 T shredded cheese

1 T Diced jalapenos

2 T shredded angel coleslaw mix

2 T shredded carrots

2 cherry tomatoes

romain lettuce

2 low carb tortillias

2 T sour cream

Snack

1 power crunch bar – peanut butter chocolate
