⚖️ Weigh In Day #3 and the Fur Ball

1.5 more Pounds Down!

The number today – 186.6! (rounding to 186.5 for math’s sake)

To be honest, I was a little worried about this weigh in. Not because I cheated, but because I made pancakes, ate real chicken, and also had some cheese and cracker snacks a couple of days, along with a bit of pepperoni. (I LOVE PEPPERONI!).  Portion sizes are so important, so I ate some of the items I love and the scale was still cooperative today. PLus I walked quite a lot on Thursday, when I went dress shopping AND grocery shopping in the same trip. My back wasn’t liking it one bit but it was so good to walk around and get out of the house for a little while.

Tonight is the Lancaster SPCA Fur Ball!

The key to making it through tonight’s hors d’overs is planning my meals and making sure I have a light supper before I go. I am nervous. I can talk non stop about kitties and post my life online for the world to see, but one on one I am very shy. Really!

Highest Weight: 205 (just before I got Covid in November)

Weigh in #1 on 01/06/24: 191

Weigh in #2 on 01/13/24: 188 (rounding)

Weigh in #3 on 01/20/24: 186.5 (rounding)

TOTAL WEIGHT DOWN SINCE NOVEMBER: 18.5 POUNDS!!

1/2 tsp soft butter

1 T syrup

1/3 cup cottage cheese

1 cup mixed fresh fruit

Dinner – pre-Fur Ball

Small version of my Chinese Chick’n Salad:

4 pieces Gardien Orange Chick’n

Butter lettuce, shredded broccoli slaw, 4 grape tomatoes,  cucumber

1/4 cup orange and pineapple

1/2 T Marie’s Ranch Dressing,

1 T cashews

pinch of crunchy chow mein noodles

Snack

I did not eat at the event, but I had 3 gluten free Tate’s cookies when I got home
