The scale stayed the same but I had been losing during the week, until donuts and other things caught my attention…

I didn’t eat what I planned… Instead I had 3 small chicken soft tacos and 1 sprite zero

I did not do well either. I messed up by not taking my medicine especially my thyroid meds and it messed with my weight. Gained 3 lbs. I am back on my meds. Starting over and journaling my food. Never Give up Sharon
