Weigh In Day Not Good

SO – 🍩🍩 I Ate the last 2 Donuts

The scale stayed the same but I had been losing during the week, until donuts and other things caught my attention…

My official weight stats:

Highest Weight: 205 (just before I got Covid in November)

Weigh in #1 on 01/06/24: 191

Weigh in #2 on 01/13/24: 188 (rounding)

Weigh in #3 on 01/20/24: 186.5 (rounding)

Weigh in #4 on 01/27/24: 186.5 (rounding)

Weigh in #5 on 02/03/24: 185 (rounding)

Weigh in #6 on 02/10/24: 184 (rounding)

Weigh in #7 on 02/17/24: 184 (rounding)

All  can say is, at least I didn’t gain anything!!

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 small banana, 1 sliced strawberry, 4 pieces of pineapple

1/4 cup granola

2 T sliced almonds

Dinner

I didn’t eat what I planned… Instead I had 3 small chicken soft tacos and 1 sprite zero

  1. I did not do well either. I messed up by not taking my medicine especially my thyroid meds and it messed with my weight. Gained 3 lbs. I am back on my meds. Starting over and journaling my food. Never Give up Sharon
