Preparing for Tomorrow

Tomorrow (Monday) at 10am is my first workout with my trainer, Eric, at the gym, Workout Anytime.

and I know he’s going to stick me on the boring treadmill for my warm up…

Part of me dreads it; I am a LOT older than most of the people I saw in the gym, and Eric is young enough to be my grandson.

Talk about feeling OLD!!

He actually seems a little shocked when I told him I was 62. Yes, Eric, people my age actually walk among you youngsters, LOL!!

Anyway – I have to find my old sport wear and workout shoes today… More Closet Shopping for me!!
