🔔Ding Ding Ding It’s Weigh In Day # 5

And I am Losing!!

I am happy to report that after last week’s stall, the scale was kind and moved down again!

My official weight stats:

Highest Weight: 205 (just before I got Covid in November)

Weigh in #1 on 01/06/24: 191

Weigh in #2 on 01/13/24: 188 (rounding)

Weigh in #3 on 01/20/24: 186.5 (rounding)

Weigh in #4 on 01/27/24: 186.5 (rounding)

Weigh in #5 on 02/03/24: 185 (rounding)

TOTAL WEIGHT DOWN SINCE NOVEMBER: 20 POUNDS!!

In addition to the scale moving down, I went shopping in my closet again and found another old favorite shirt that I can now wear again! I am so happy I resisted opening the chocolate box, but tonight I will let myself splurge just a little bit.

Usually I chose weigh in day for a special treat, since I will have an entire week to work it off!

FOODLOG

Brunch

1 power waffle with 1 tsp butter and 1 T syrup

1 Silk Coconut Milk Yogurt – Strawberry (SO GOOD!)

1 cup fresh pineapple, strawberries, blueberries

2 T granola

2 T sliced almonds

black coffee

Snack

1 Power Crunch Peanut Butter Chocolate bar

Dinner

1/3rd of a Red Barron cheese pizza (other 2/3rds frozen for 2 more meals)

added 4 sliced mushrooms and 6 thin slices Margarita pepperoni

Sprite Zero

Snack

3 pieces of See’s Chocolate
