I love to grocery shop. I really do! There was a time I thought about becoming a personal grocery shopper for a living. That was before Covid, Insta-Cart, and Walmart’s grocery delivery services become the rage.

Now with my physical issues (back pain, hip pain, just plain old age), I can’t shop for myself for more than a few items at a time.

So I let my fingers do the shopping!

Back when I lived in Los Angeles and was working out at Slimmons (you young folks, google it lol), I had a close friend who was vegetarian. She introduced me to some plant based items made by Gardein.

Unlike in the recent past when eating vegetarian meant salads, beans, rice and not much else, today we have SO many choices when it comes to replacing our meat-based proteins with healthier plant-based ones.

Be adventurous!

Try a few meatless meats and see if you like them. You may be surprised that choosing just a few meatless meals per week may make you feel better, have more energy, and even sleep better, too.

That’s what I am counting on for myself.
