Meal Planning and My Food Log

How do I decide what I am going to eat on any given day?

First thing in the morning, I choose my breakfast and from there I go ahead and plan my meals for hte rest of the day based around what I had for breakfast. I am careful to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, and always have some on hand so I can make anything quickly. I rarely eat animals meat now, just what’s in my freezer and sparingly, so defrosting things isn’t a big issue for me. When I do need to defrost, I’ve planned the meal in the morning so there is plenty of time to thaw.

What If Plans Change?

Sometimes I do deviate from what’s planned… If I decided I really want something else, or I am eating out or at someone’s house, I just adjust my plans accordingly while sticking to small portein portions and large vegetable portions when I am not the one cooking.

After awhile, it just becomes second nature. You’ll see!
