Saturday Weigh In! ⚖️

23 Pounds Gone, 27 To Go!

I am down another pound, 182.4 which we’ll round to 182 for simplicity sake. Weigh ins are going to start getting confusing because I will be weighing in at the gym on Mondays, after breakfast and fully clothed! For my personal tracking, I will stick with the Saturday weigh ins, but for the 6-Week Challenge at the gym I have to go by theirs.

My biggest challenge now?

I need to find exercises, specifically aerobics ones, I can do at home. Workout tapes, well I have no VCR. Workout videos? I have a DVD player but really no place I can work out and not accidentally step on cat paws. SO I need to think about how to solve this. Walking at night with my music playing or a Richard Simmons walking tape used to be my favorite thing to do, but I live in an area that is very dark with very few (if any) street lights, so that won’t work here…

Highest Weight: 205 (just before I got Covid in November)
