Today will be a tricky eating day
I am having dinner at Mom and Dad’s, and not eating “I made all your favorites” is not an option.
Mom is roasting a turkey, so that’s good. But, she is doing a mini Thanksgiving, with all the trimmings. I will have to really watch my portions of mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, stuffing, and of course PIE!
Yea that outta show up good on my first official weigh in at Workout Anytime tomorrow morning!
At least its at the start of the 6 Week Challenge, and I can tell Mom no more dinners over there for me while I am doing the challenge!

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 small banana, 2 strawberries, 3 pieces pineapple
1/4 cup granola
2 T sliced almonds

Dinner at Mom’s – eyeball portions no measuring
3 oz roasted turkey
2 T mashed potatoes
2 T dressing
2 T gravy
veggies of some sort
1 roll (no butter)
1 slice pumpkin pie with 2 T cool whip
