Sunday Confession and a Weight GAIN

๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ” I Admit My Mistakes

I think that’s one of the pledges on that little card that came with my Richard Simmons Deal-A-Meal cards way back when. But it’s true: in order to move past one’s mistakes, any kind of mistakes, the mistake must be admitted and then responsibility must be taken.

I have been off program for a couple of days. Like, I ate an entire Papa John’s small pizza on Friday.

and on Saturday, I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings, and a brownie from Applebee’s. (BEST burgers around here, second only to Rusty’s in Charlotte.

I Ate Like a Man

ANYWAY – so I ate like a man, I like to call it, where I eat whatever I feel like it (within SOME reason of course)

Funny thing, when I wanted something else sweet later on, all I have at Gluten-free Cookies, Protein Bars, Protein Muffins, and pretzel sticks!!

Weigh In: My First Weight Gain

Lets not forget that today was weigh in day, to see the damage I made to my progress. Fortunately, it’s not too bad, and I suspect most of it is from water retention due to salt in the food:
