I actually got to the gym 1/2 hour before my usual time! I’m trying to back it down by half hour so Eric’s Friday Manager Meeting doesn’t get in the way of my Friday Workout. The last two Friday’s we had to cancel the training session due to these new mandatory meetings he has to attend.
SO – I made it in by 9:30am, did my warm up and then it was time for ARMS today!
Breakfast: Pre-Workout
1 Kodiak Blueberry Muffin (home made)
The Workout:
20 minute treadmill warm up
various exercises for the arms including free weights and machines
10 minutes on elliptical
skipped the. bike because both were occupied
CAME HOME AND TOOK A NAP!! LOL
Snack: Post-Workout, Pre-Nap
1 power crunch protein bar – strawberry
Lunch: Post-Workout
2 brown eggs scrambled
with mushrooms, shredded carrots, shredded broccoli
1 mini plain bagel
1 tsp butter
1 grapefruit
black coffee
Dinner – large salad with chicken and chick peas
1 cup romaine
1/2 cup shredded carrots and broccoli
1/2 cup angel hair cabbage
1/2 sliced cucumber and grape tomatoes
1/4 cup chick peas
2 oz chicken breast
1 T Chiavetta’s Italian Dressing
12 whole lightly salted cashews
2 T crunchy chow mein noodles
Snack – planned
1 power crunch bar – chocolate peanut butter
