Fish… It’s What’s for Supper🐟

My trainer Eric asked me to try to eat some fish in my diet. I am not a seafood lover; I used to be but ever since I got food poisoning on Lobster, the thought of eating fish makes me queazy. For sure I will never in my life eat lobster again, any shrimp i eat most definitely needs to be battered and fried.

I do like tilapia at times, it’s a nice mild fish. But it’s not something I ever WANT to be eating, I don’t crave it at all. I have defrosted some tilapia for tonight’s dinner, and while I know I will end up not minding it, I don’t really WANT it… ugh

Brunch

1 Chobani No Sugar Greek Yogurt – Vanilla

1/2 cup mixed berries

1/2 cup Kind Peanut Butter Granola

1 T sliced almonds

black coffee

Snack

Kodiak Protein Granola Bars – Cookie Butter (YUMMM)

Dinner

4 oz Tilapia (I ate it but it tasted like dirt!)

1 cup steamed broccoli and cauliflower

2 T shredded cheese

1/2 cup brown rice

Snack

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup mixed berries

1 T sliced almonds

2 T granola
