No Gym Today
Today was supposed to be a gym day, leg day. But I just couldn’t get out of bed. Working so late and getting up earlier in the mornings, I can only do that so many days in a row. I’m no spring chicken.
To the Vet We Go (again)
Also today, Hope kitty needs to go to the vet. She’s around 16 years old, if not older, and she’ shrinking. Shades of MISSY, I do believe we have yet another thyroid kitty. WHY is this so prevalent with cats? I wish I knew.
On a Brighter Note
I broke through the 180’s! Barely, but it counts! I am hoping to be well into the 170’s by official weigh in day on Saturday!
Brunch
1 Chobani No Sugar Greek Yogurt – Strawberry
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/4 large banana
1/2 cup honey bunches of oats granola
1 T sliced almonds
black coffee
Snack
1 Kodiak Thick and Fluffy Protein Waffle – vanilla and buttermilk
1 T apple butter
Dinner – large salad with Gardein chick’n and chick peas
1 serving Gardein Mandarin Chick’n
1/4 cup chick peas
1 cup romaine
1/2 cup shredded carrots and broccoli
1/2 cup angel hair cabbage
1/2 sliced cucumber and grape tomatoes
1 T Marie’s ranch
12 whole lightly salted cashews
2 T crunchy chow mein noodles
Snack
2 gluten free Tate’s chocolate chip cookies
