25 Pounds Gone, 25 to Go!
Today is a happy weigh in day! Not only am I out of the 180s, barely but I am out, but I am also HALF WAY to my goal of losing 50 pounds!
My official weight stats:
Highest Weight: 205 (just before I got Covid in November)
Weigh in #1 on 01/06/24: 191
Weigh in #11 on 03/16/24: 179.6
TOTAL LOSS TO DATE: 25.4
I started losing it in late November when I had Covid, and when I got my appetite back I started eating healthier. On average, I think that works out to having lost 5 pounds a month. The more recent weeks, I have been more concentrating on health and not weight loss.
Today is a working Saturday, so I am off to do some Cat Behavior Sessions!
