Personal Trainer – Session Two

Today’s session was ARMS! and Eric told me this is the easiest of all the workout days. He’s probably right, this was a lot “easier” than leg day was, but I still was fatiguing my muscles pretty early on in the reps.

No Pain, No Gain, errr Loss I mean!

I was rewarded at the end of the workout with 10 minutes of relaxation on the Hydro Massager.

Ahhhhh, that felt so good after the workout!

Breakfast: Pre-Workout

1 Orgain Protein Drink – Vanilla (Vegan, Lactose Free)

The Workout: Arm Day

15 minute treadmill warm up

Various arm machines (too many to remember in detail!) Basically worked out my tri’s, bi’s, and lats today.

PLUS – 3 sets of “21’s” using a weight bar

5 minute elliptical cool down

Lunch: Post-Workout – Veggie Scramble

2 eggs scrambled with 1 cup assorted vegetables

1 mini bagel with 1 tsp butter

1 small grapefruit

black coffee

Snack

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup mixed strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries

4 pieces of pineapple

Dinner – Large Salad

1 cup Romaine

1/2 cup baby spinach

1/4 cup shredded cabbage

1/4 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup shredded broccoli

1/3rd cucumber

1/4 cup chick peas

4 oz leftover turkey breast

2 T Chiavetta’s italian dressing

12 cashews

2 T crunchy chow mein noodles

Snack

None
