🙀 When the Reality of What You’ve Done Sets In…

Last night, I felt the soreness creeping in… My weak hip started acting up first, but I am used to that pain so I wasn’t surprised.

But this morning, I almost fell over when my first hit the ground and my muscles let me know they prefer it when I am lazy! Really it’s not so bad, but I definitely feel it!

I hope tomorrow isn’t another leg day at the gym!

FOODLOG

Brunch

1/2 cup cottage cheese

2 sliced strawberries

3 pieces of pineapple

1/4 cup granola

2 tsp slices almonds

1 small slice banana bread

Snack

None

Dinner

1/2 cup tomato sauce

2 T parmesan cheese

3 large mushrooms

1/4 cup shredded carrots and 1/4 cup broccoli slaw

3 Gardein Plant based Meatballs

1/2 cup mini pasta shells

2 T Mozzarella Cheese

Snack

2 pieces See’s Candy (it’s almost gone!!)
